About Tracy

Tracy graduated from the British School of Osteopathy in 1992 and is registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC).

With over 26 years experience, Tracy offers an integrated approach to healthcare, guided by the osteopathic principle that optimum health may be enabled by supporting the body’s own healing mechanisms.

She achieves this by combining the best of osteopathic techniques including structural, cranial and visceral techniques, together with postural, ergonomic advice, exercise rehabilitation and breathing techniques to create individually tailored treatment plans to support and restore patients to optimum health.

Tracy treats the whole family; babies, children, teenagers, adults and the elderly.

She has a special interest in paediatric, women’s health and wellbeing, especially pre-natal and post natal care, supporting women through all stages of their lives and, when required, works in close partnership with midwives, GP’s and other healthcare professionals.

Tracy also has many years experience in the field of work related musculo skeletal pain, resulting from the stresses of work, to poor work posture impacting the body.

Alongside private practice, Tracy’s involvement in higher education extends to over 23 years, as a senior clinical educator, examiner, lecturer and manager, including achieving award winning status for the BSO community whilst in a leadership role, which she held for over 10 years.

Tracy continues to be involved in postgraduate education, holding a postgraduate diploma in Women’s Health Osteopathy with the Molinari Institute of Health (MIH) and appointed a MIH faculty member and practitioner at the women’s health clinic, Imperial Wharf, Chelsea.
