About Lorraine

Lorraine Nicolle is an experienced and regulated nutrition clinician, educator and author. She is an expert in the application of nutrition science in the promotion of health and peak performance. She has a track record of working with individuals with a broad range of health conditions, helping them to use nutrition to improve their quality of life.

Lorraine has an MSc in Nutrition and Chronic Disease and a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy.

Her post-graduate study has focused on the immune system, the role of nutrition in cancer care, obesity and insulin resistance, and nutrigenomics. She holds a Certificate of Competency from the Nutritional Therapy Council.

Lorraine is also a qualified higher education teacher and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. Over the last few years she has developed and taught nutrition courses on a number of undergraduate and postgraduate degree programmes at British universities and colleges.
